Jenny was born and raised in Oregon, playing numerous sports in high school before ultimately pursuing a Division I collegiate career in Women’s Basketball at the University of New Mexico.  Upon her return from the Southwest, she worked in a variety of sports and health related positions but has always made her way back to her true passion, fitness coaching and training! She is passionate about helping athletes of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds reach their fitness goals.  

Jenny is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist.  She has spent the last 12 years working with people in large group classes (boot camp), small groups and individual coaching sessions.  She always looks forward to the unique personality and energy each athlete brings to gym.

When she isn’t coaching or training, Jenny enjoys photography, all things Pinterest and spending time with her husband, Jeff as they try to keep up with their two very busy boys; and before you ask, because we know you are all curious, Jenny is 6’4” before she puts on her shoes! 😊
