Adult Bootcamp Classes

Titan Elite Strength and Conditioning bootcamp is an engaging, fast paced 1 hour training session that is designed to prepare the adult body for any activity  in which clients participate. 

Whether you are a preparing for a marathon, the ski season, your soccer or basketball league, tennis or golf, or you want to drop a few pounds and look great at the beach, this class is what you need. 

You will improve your fitness and strength while focussing on movement quality because the only thing better than just doing it is just doing it RIGHT!

Bootcamp schedule:

Monday 5:45am - 6:45am and 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Wednesday 5:45am - 6:45am and 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Friday 5:45am - 6:45am and 12:00pm - 1:00pm
