Mitchell Perkins is an Oregon native, who grew up in a Portland suburb before graduating with his bachelor’s in exercise science from BYU-Idaho. Mitchell is a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Mitchell knows first-hand the positive impact sports can play in young lives. He has been playing basketball for 14 years and is passionate about training young athletes to be the best they can be in life and sports.  Coming from a sports background allowed him to create lifelong friendships and learn lessons that helped shaped who he is today.  He uses this experience to provide his training as a positive outlet for young athletes.

When he’s not coaching, Mitchell loves to talk Portland Trailblazers and hang out with his family.
