Lansen grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from 'Iolani School. Throughout his life, Lansen participated in many sports including football, basketball, baseball, track and field, and soccer. Soccer was the sport that stuck around for most of his life. Lansen had played 14 years of competitive club soccer for the Honolulu Bulls Soccer Club, 3 years of Varsity High School Soccer at 'Iolani School, and 1 year of Division 3 Collegiate level soccer at Pacific University, where he earned is Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Motor Behavior. Lansen has earned his EXOS Performance Specialist Certification and is currently working on attaining his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). The dedication, hard work, passion, and discipline that athletes bring to the table when they train at Titan Elite Strength and Conditioning help motivate Lansen to become the best coach that he can be to help these athletes succeed. In his free time, Lansen loves to fish, snowboard, hike, and go on spontaneous adventures.
